We do have a free exchange policy,if you receive a defective or incorrect item, The Trend Cartel provides a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• It should be in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact their customer service at thetrendcartell@gmail.com. Once your return is received and inspected, they will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
